Terms & Conditions

By purchasing this product, the client is agreeing to and bound by the following conditions:

GENERAL
Armada Liu reserves the right for any image and writing errors on the page, such as errors in description, technical specification, prices and price adjustments. In case of an incorrect price for a painting, Armada Liu will inform the client of this and await the client's approval of the corrected price before proceeding with the order.

The website and all its content is owned by Armada Liu. Under any circumstances, everything on this website may not be copied or used without direct permission from Armada Liu.

PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION
Graphite drawing or oil painting. The drawing or the painting will be based on a photograph provided by the client. Armada Liu has the right to turn down the commission if a high quality photo cannot be provided.

REFERENCE PHOTOGRAPH RIGHTS
If the reference photograph is not owned by the client, the client must obtain permission from the owner of the photograph. If the photograph was taken by a professional photographer, the client must obtain permission from the photographer.

DEADLINE AND DELIVERING PRODUCTS
A deadline will be agreed before starting the drawing or painting. The client will be notified when the product has been delivered. From this point, the length of time it takes to arrive is no longer the Armada Liu’s responsibility.

PRODUCT DELIVERY
The product will be shipped via tracked delivery from Indonesia. The client will be given a tracking number via email. Protective packaging will be used. Payment of import duty may be required in some countries, which is the responsibility of the client. The client is responsible for ensuring that the information provided, such as email, name and address is correct and up to date.

PAYMENT TERMS
The client will be given a PayPal invoice. A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking - this deposit is non-refundable once the drawing or painting has been started. The remaining 50% fee plus shipping cost (balancing payment) is needed before dispatching the product. If the client is unhappy with the finished result, and it cannot be resolved through minor alterations, then the balancing payment will not be required, however the client will not be given the artwork.

RETURNS & DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
If the artwork appears to be damaged in transit, the client must film the whole unboxing process, and get in touch with an unaltered photograph and video of the damaged artwork within 24 hours of receiving it. The drawing will need to be returned and a new one will be completed without further cost. If a new one is required, this will be completed at the soonest opportunity within the Armada Liu's waiting list. Delivery costs both ways are the client's responsibility. If the unboxing video is not provided or there is proof that the video or photograph is altered in any way, Armada Liu has the right to reject any of the client's claims.

COPYRIGHT
Armada Liu retains the copyright of the work, so therefore has the right to use any images of the work for portfolios, this website and social media. The client does not have the right to sell copies of the work in any way without permission from Armada Liu.

DATA PROTECTION
Armada Liu will need to collect the following information: the subject's name in the painting, the client’s name who sends the order, email address and address. This information will only be used to create the painting tittle, send invoices and to deliver the product. Any photos or mail addresses that have been saved or printed will be deleted or destroyed after the order has been completed.
